Sanitize HAR File

HAR files are collected using your browser's Developer Tools and used to diagnose problems that are difficult to troubleshoot via other means. You may be asked to collect and upload these to 4Help tickets, but you MUST use this tool to remove all traces of passwords before submitting to 4Help.

Instructions

Click the "Choose File" button below to select a HAR file on your computer, then click the "Sanitize" button. A clean version of the file will be generated and you will be prompted to save it. Please save to your Desktop or another convenient location to facilitate finding it when you need to upload to 4Help. Only the clean version of the file is safe for sharing.
